That’s highly unusual please get in contact with our Customer Service centre so we can find out what’s gone wrong and make sure you receive your copy of Magneto quickly.

What can I expect in each Magneto issue?
In its short history, Magneto has received multiple Awards for its design, photography and writing. Each issue consists of more than 200 pages from some of the world’s best contributors and photographers. The content is varied – from personal recollections by some of the greatest motor sport personalities and features on historically important automobiles to insightful market analysis and discussions on the key issues facing the current historic motoring community. All beautifully crafted and printed on high quality paper and delivered in pristine condition via bookwraps.

How often is Magneto published?
Magneto is published on a quarterly basis and is mailed in the first week of February, May, August and November. In addition we mail a weekly e-newsletter that keeps you informed of key news events in the global classic and collector car calendar.

Who produces Magneto?
Magneto is produced by Hothouse Media, a company run by Geoff Love and David Lillywhite, who co-founded Octane magazine in 2003 before going on to launch Magneto as the ultimate collector car magazine.

How do I advertise in Magneto?
Take a look at the rates here and talk to Sue or Rob about your needs, or to Sophie for lifestyle advertising. Magneto sells out of advertising space every issue so don’t delay. Regular advertisers can also buy space on the website, email newsletter and in other publications by the Magneto team.

Is Magneto available as a digital magazine?
It is. All the content is there in easy to read page-turner form but… well, it looks a heck of a lot better in our beautiful quality print.

Are back issues of Magneto available?
They certainly are – and you wouldn’t want to miss out on some of the great issues! But be warned that Magneto has proved so popular that we’ve already had to reprint several issues, and we do sell out sometimes. Buy now while we have stocks by clicking here.

Do you sell Magneto worldwide?
We do indeed. We can ship Magneto anywhere – and we print in both the UK and the US to ensure minimum waiting times for new issues.

Where will the magazines be sent from?
All magazines are sent directly from the publisher’s mailing house. The Global edition will be sent from the UK, and for US customers we have a facility in Wisconsin that prints and mails a USA edition of Magneto.

Is it safe to purchase online?
Yes, completely. Any information you provide is encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology ensuring your details are safe and secure. We also meet the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) which was created to ensure organisations that process card payments prevent fraud.

When will my direct debit be taken for my subscription?
It may take a few weeks to set up the direct debit mandate with the bank but payment will usually be taken a couple of weeks before the new edition is published, on an annual basis. The Direct Debit can be cancelled at any time.

How can I pay for a subscription?
We are very flexible about payment methods, and you can pay by Direct Debit, PayPal, debit and card (including American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are my details safe and confidential?
Absolutely. All the information you provide is encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring your bank and card details are safe, sound and secure.

How often will I receive email updates of new offers and products?
Magneto will never pass your details onto a third party. But we do send occasional newsletters (including a Weekly Briefing) and occasional promotional offers relating to the Magneto store. We will only send you emails according to your marketing preferences, and you can opt-out of receiving them at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.

I’ve received a Discount Code for a subscription. How do I use it?

How do I change my address?
You can request a change of address via customer services or you can manage your own subscription at magnetomagazine.com.

How will you acknowledge my subscription?
Once you’ve placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from hothousemedia.co.uk, usually within a few minutes (please check your Junk folder for if you don’t receive this email within 24 hours).

What is the delivery process?
Once an order is placed the subscription details are passed to the mailing house to process the order and send the magazine. Each magazine will come in a recyclable cardboard book wrap in order to keep Magneto in pristine condition.

Will taxes be applied to my subscription?
Depending on the location of the subscriber, VAT may be charged at the country rate at the checkout. This will be flagged up at the checkout.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is dependent on where you live in the world. Shipping costs are added once you provide your address details. We have kept these as low as possible.

How do I cancel my subscription
You can manage your subscription online at magnetomagazine.com or you can inform a customer service representative who can cancel your subscription for you.

How do I renew my subscription?
Depending on what subscription was purchased, it will either be automatically renewed or we will be in touch with a renewal request towards the end of the subscription period. Subscribers can manage their subscriptions online at magnetomagazine.com.

When will I receive my first issue?
Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email from hothousemedia.co.uk, usually within a few minutes (please check your Junk folder if you don’t receive an email within 24 hours).
You can choose to receive either the current issue on sale or delay until the next issue is released. The default will be the next issue to be released.
