The Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance returns to the idyllic setting of historic Cockatoo Island from February 28 to March 2, 2025, transforming the UNESCO World Heritage Site into a classic car nirvana.
Next year marks the seventh edition of Australia’s leading concours d’elegance, which will be headlined by its Magnificent 7 theme. This together more than 70 of the world’s rarest and most iconic vehicles constructed between 1905 and 2025, across seven eclectic classes.
Indicative of the event's quality, 2024’s Best of Show winners were a 1933 Rolls-Royce Phantom II and a 1962 Ferrari 250 LM
Highlights include 100 Years of the French Revolution, Speedsters, Fast and Loud, and Icons. Among the standout machines representing these categories are a 1936 Bugatti Type 57 Atalante, a 1959 Porsche 356 A Carrera GT Speedster, a 1973 Porsche 917/30 and a 1982 Lancia 037 Stradale. Indicative of the event’s quality, 2024’s Best of Show winners were a 1933 Rolls-Royce Phantom II and a 1962 Ferrari 250 LM.
An esteemed international jury, chaired by Alessandra Giorgetti, vice president of the International Touring Superleggera Register, will have the challenging task of selecting the winner of the event’s prestigious Ampol Prix d’Honneur award for Best of Show. Giorgetti will be assisted by guest of honour Thierry Boutsen, Madan Mohan, Stuart Field, David Berthon, David Cohen, Jamie Knight and Octane editor James Elliott.
“The Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance 2025 promises to be the event of the year, showcasing the best in automotive design and innovation,” said event managing director Mark Ussher.
Complementing the cars on display are curated dining experiences and exclusive networking opportunities for industry leaders, collectors and enthusiasts.
With the special three-day Concours Elite Experience, guests will begin their weekend with Friday Le Classique, before heading into Super Saturday. The concours is capped off by Sunday Électronique. Characterising each of these days are curated collections, special exhibits and live entertainment, against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour.
