New concours announced in Bahrain for November 2025

An all-new concours event is set to take place in Bahrain on November 6-8, 2025, with the full support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain.

The Royal Bahrain Concours comes from Thorough Events, the team behind the successful Concours of Elegance Hampton Court, London Concours and Concours of Elegance Germany. It will take place at the Royal Golf Club, with exclusive activities for participants such as private track days and cultural excursions to Bahrain’s souks and historic sites, as well as a unique Cars by Candlelight evening event.

The concours will feature 60 hand-selected, world-class collector cars from across the region and beyond, encompassing historic machinery, coachbuilts and modern hypercars.

“This is a Gulf concours, not a British concours in the Gulf,” Thorough Events CEO James Brooks-Ward told us. “The date was chosen by His Royal Highness and the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority. The people of Bahrain are very warm, friendly and welcoming, and we’ll be encouraging owners and their families to take part in all the events.

“We are immensely privileged to have HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain as the Patron.”

Bahrain has become a tourist destination for the Gulf as well as a winter destination for Europeans and Americans. The temperature in November is usually around 25 to 30º C, making it more comfortable for those flying in from outside the Gulf.

Already, several major collectors from the Gulf, US, Europe and the UK have committed to showing their cars. The majority of the concours classes will be for post-war cars, including the supercars and hypercars that the Gulf is so known for, but there will also be a highly anticipated Maharaja Class.
