ModaMiami 2025 brought glitz and glamour to the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, but it was the distinctively Brutalist 1979 Aston Martin Bulldog of Philip Sarofim that took The People’s Choice Award.

The event saw a host of classics from across the spectrum of motoring on the perfectly manicured grounds, with special classes given over to celebrations of the Mercedes-Benz 300SL, Bugatti Veyron, rally cars, the Mille Miglia and the Lamborghini Countach. The event was held in association with RM Sotheby’s, who held a broadly positive auction (you can read more about that here); this meant there was a chance to take in some of the famous cars the company has sold over the past few years, such as a 300SL from the Klein salvage yard sale.

The event was about more than that, however – it all kicked off on Thursday, February 27 with a cocktail party and the sale of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum cars, with Friday given over to the Moda Classic, a scenic drive through Coral Gables and South Florida, with stops along the way to take in the fresh oceanside air and food. This was followed by the second half of the RM Sotheby’s sale and the After Hours party, held in association with Casa Tua – live music and dancing that went long into the evening, with The Gypsy Kings turning up unexpectedly for a very special performance.
Saturday saw the event open more widely with the cars taking over the greens and plenty luxury lifestyle offerings, including a chance to buy up some prime royal estate, before Moda After Dark continued the partying on the Biltmore Terrace, with Rolls-Royce unveiling the Black Badge Spectre.

Sunday saw the 350 cars in attendance at ModaMiami 2025 judged, with the likes of Shmee150 and the Audrain Collection’s Nic Waller on mic duties. The results are below – but with a busy crowd and a fine selection of fascinating automotive glitterati, there was plenty to enjoy – and not just at the event itself. Mercedes-Benz Classic was in attendance and hosted a satellite event at The Concours Club private racetrack in Miami, while Cadillac offered a driving experience with new models around Coral Gables. In addition, The 100Club hosted a Cars and Coffee that was well attended – it all points to an event that continues to develop well.
Next year’s event is due to take place between February 28 and March, and more details and further pictures from ModaMiami 2025 can be found here.
