The US concours calendar continues to expand with the introduction of ModaMiami, which gets underway in the historic setting of the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida, from February 29 to March 3, 2024.
ModaMiami promises a curated selection of over 150 of the world’s finest automobiles, ranging from glamorous pre-war models to modern hypercars across six eclectic classes.
The luxurious show begins on Saturday, March 2, with a special preview called Magic Hour at Moda, which sees the cars driven onto the showfield. As the evening draws in, guests can then peruse Concours a Nuit: A Magical Starlit Celebration, which promises a memorable evening of outstanding vehicles and displays.
ModaMiami continues on Sunday, March 3, with the 100 Club, which entails an expertly curated selection of supercars and hypercars on the main showfield. These high-performance machines will be complemented by the presence of five Pebble Beach Best of Show winners, from the likes of Duesenberg, Delage, Daimler and Mercedes-Benz. Other highlights include a 1998 McLaren F1 LM, a 1966 Ferrari 365P ‘Tre Posti’, a 1988 Porsche 959 Komfort and a 1937 Cadillac V16. A collection of classic cars will be on display in the heart of Miami to complement ModaMiami’s exhibition event at the Biltmore Hotel.
“Securing so many Pebble Beach Best of Show winners is proof that ModaMiami is already viewed as a world-class event,” said ModaMiami curator Jeremy Jackson-Sytner. “In line with our mission to re-imagine the traditional concours event, we are curating an eclectic and rare field of the very best examples possible, from the days of early motoring through to modern supercars and hypercars.”
In addition to perusing all the incredible cars, visitors will also have the opportunity to sample world-class cuisine, beginning with an exclusive evening curated by renowned chef Mario Carbone, co-founder of New York’s Carbone restaurant, on February 29.
ModaMiami has also enlisted Casa Tua restaurant and private club to further elevate its hospitality offerings. Casa Tua will host a pop-up restaurant and private club at the Biltmore Hotel, for guests to enjoy throughout the entire weekend.
Sotheby’s will also be present at the event, showcasing a selection of luxury goods and fashion pieces from upcoming auctions in the Biltmore’s lobby. All of these items will be available for immediate purchase at ModaMiami.
At the time of writing, places are still available for those who wish to showcase their car at the event. The entry form can be found here. For more information on ModaMiami, click here.
