Broad Arrow Auctions has announced it is partnering with BMW to become the official auction partner of Italy’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in May 2025. As part of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, Broad Arrow Auctions will offer up to 70 collector cars for sale on the picturesque shores of Lake Como on May 24, 2025. The event’s previous official auction partner was RM Sotheby’s.
Founded nearly 100 years ago in 1929, Villa d’Este is widely regarded as one of the world’s most prestigious concours d’elegance alongside events such as Pebble Beach, The Amelia and Chantilly Arts et Elegance.
“We could not think of a better, more prestigious location and partner to launch our first-ever auction in Europe than the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este,” said president of Broad Arrow Auctions and Hagerty Marketplace Kenneth Ahn. “It is the crown jewel of the concours world, and we are excited to present some of the most exceptional collector cars available with a premium auction experience next May and beyond.”
Founded in 2021, Broad Arrow Auctions’ presence at Villa d’Este marks the company’s first sale outside the US, after previously hosting auctions at The Amelia and the Motorlux Monterey Jet Center sale. The auction house was acquired by Hagerty in 2022.
