The recently formed Broad Arrow Group (BAG) is to hold its first live auction during the 30th edition of McCall’s Motorworks Revival at The Monterey Jet Center in California. The event, which kicks off Monterey Car Week, will be held on August 17, 2022.
“We are thrilled to announce our inaugural live auction this August, which will focus on offering highly curated and significant collector cars,” said BAG president Kenneth Ahn.
BAG promises its first auction docket will consist of around 80 world-class collector cars, although no more details are known at this point. It will make an exciting addition to the McCall’s Motorworks Revival, which takes place in the evening and is known as the event at which many of the most high-profile auto collectors and affluent local enthusiasts come together to socialise among desirable cars, motorcycles and aircraft.
“We are excited to partner with Hagerty and its recently acquired Motorworks Revival to produce a world-class experience during Monterey Car Week. The Broad Arrow Auctions team is committed to bringing you a can’t-miss event,” Ahn continued.
Magneto will provide details of the auction’s headline cars when they are announced over the coming months. In the meantime, you can find more information and purchase tickets for McCall’s Motorworks Revival here.
The company has also announced the addition of three more senior staff: Ramsey Potts as chief sales officer and a senior car specialist; David Swig (son of California Mille founder Martin), also as a senior car specialist; and Nicholas Barton, a long-time UK-based lending specialist, as director of financial services.
