The Hagerty Hill Climb returns to the historic Shelsley Walsh course on May 17, 2025, celebrating 120 years since the picturesque Worcestershire venue hosted its first motor sport event in 1905.

At almost 1km in length and with over 100 metres of elevation, the serpentine Shelsley Walsh course provides a thrilling challenge and has hosted legendary drivers such as Sir Stirling Moss, Hans Stuck and Jean Bugatti.

For £150, the Hagerty Hill Climb gives you the opportunity to retrace the wheel tracks of Moss et al in a relaxed, non-competitive environment in any car of your choice. The entry fee includes three runs up the hill as well as complimentary food and refreshments throughout the day.

If you would rather soak in the Hagerty Hill Climb atmosphere and watch the action from the grandstands, spectator tickets are available for £30 per car. You can also make a weekend of it with overnight camping tickets, which are available from Friday, May 16.

Additionally, early-bird discounts on entry fees and spectator tickets are available until February 28, bringing the prices down to £135 and £25 respectively. Hagerty Drivers Club (HDC) members, meanwhile, qualify for a 25 percent discount on the entry fee and receive access to the HDC members’ enclosure. You can sign up for the HDC here

Away from the hillclimb action, visitors will also be able to enjoy plenty of attractions in the paddock, including displays by enthusiasts and classic car clubs as well as myriad food and drink options.

“The Hagerty Hill Climb at Shelsley Walsh is one of our favourite events of the year,” says Hagerty International managing director Mark Roper. “It presents a wonderful opportunity for owners to enjoy their cars in a safe environment and to interact with enthusiasts young and old.”
